函館駅から徒歩5分くらい、朝市もラッキーピエロもハセガワストアもすぐそこ、赤レンガ倉庫までも徒歩15分ほどと、立地◎ 3名でお部屋はゆとりが欲しかったので、元々のエキストラベッドを入れるカテゴリーから、2段ベッドのカテゴリーに変更しました。追加代金は1泊で2,000円ほどでしたが、これが大正解。それぞれのベッドも広く、ソファとテーブルの寛げるスペースもあり大満足。部屋の鍵がQRコードなのは初めてのことで驚きましたが、メールにも屆くので持ち歩くことを考えると便利なシステムです。バスタブも広く、若いスタッフの皆さんも感じが良く、総じて満足。唯一面倒だったのは、一階までお水を汲みに行かなければいけないこと。（冷蔵庫に大きめのボトルが2本ありました。）

我訂的是兩房型的,衞浴室很大的。附近就是碼頭和魚市場。可以把車停在酒店旁邊的停車場超級方便。這是精品酒店是沒有餐廳的。

設施：酒店很新整體環境可以就是比較閉塞拐角比較多所以感覺比較擁擠。房間裡的空調聲音特別大晚上比較影響睡覺用遙控器調整還會説話衞生：可能是辦理入住的時候沒聽懂反正住了2天沒給打掃衞生環境：隔壁就是朝市餐廳選擇很多街對面就有個便利店很方便離JR火車站走過去5分鐘服務：服務都比較客氣日本特色

Room are spacious and clean, location are strategic, but service are really bad. I cant keep my luggage before my check in time, so i have to carry my heavy luggage with me for all day, and staffs here aren’t friendly at all, also they charge ¥5,000 for late check out even just for 5minutes. I stay in many hotel with higher and cheaper price but this place was really disappointing. All the things in this hotel are perfect, but i think they have to educate the staffs and other services.

Location is the king. Booked a room that can see the canal right off the window for a peaceful view. Otaru is a small town and most of the places are within walking distance. Stroll along the Otaru canal right in front of the hotel was great! Room itself was normal, and we have one advice for the hotel to just remove the aged cupboards in front of the beds since nobody really needs them to give more walking space and luggage space. Onsen on the top floor was decent though not of the best, offering a good view of the canal. Service at the hotel was normal. Those who have cars will need to pay 1200 yen for one day of parking (will need to inform hotel to reserve the parking space when you go out). Everybody, regardless you are going to onsen or not, needs to pay 150 yen onsen tax when you check in.

酒店位置很方便、房間也很乾淨舒適。可是在check in 時他們說找不到預訂記錄，及後又說是他們酒店的過錯幫我們補回房間、花了很長時間、另外酒店員工只上班至晚上10.00、過了這個時間check in 會很不方便。還有，酒店用的是QR code 或密碼開房門、可是第二天晚上QR code 和密碼卻突然失靈、進不去房間、加上員工已下班，要打視象至客服自行處理、又花了很長時間、都是需要改善的地方

すごく綺麗なホテルで快適に過ごせました。ルームウェア、歯ブラシ、くしなどアメニティも充実してました。函館の朝一まで近いですし、市電の駅も近く、JR函館駅も歩いていける距離なのでどこにでも行きやすかったです！関係ないですが、函館山の夜景を見に行く方は、ケーブルカーではなく観光タクシーを強くオススメします！想像の何倍も混むので、ケーブルカーより割高にはなりますが、それ以上の快適さが得られます！

酒店非常新，就在函館朝市對面，位置超級方便。房間設施比預期好，房間不小，設施齊全而且很細心，不會浪費每一寸空間，浴室寬敞乾濕分離。家庭房有兩張1.5米床再加兩張上層1.2米床。五個人睡綽綽有餘。房間有一個小小的櫥櫃配有一些簡便的煮食用具，電磁爐、碗碟刀叉、微波爐、水煲、還有一個迷你的洗菜盤及迷你的抽油煙機，計非常細心，方便遊客買海鮮再房間煮食及可以小住一段時間。非常推薦，會推薦朋友入住。

I really love this hotel. It has a kitchenette and very nice bathroom. Very Near to the morning market and near to our favourite burger joint, Lucky Pierot! Although room is abit small, it was cosy. No cupboards! Very minimalist hotel.
